I’m back and horrified!

Hey Guys!!

Not been here for a while! Been to the doctors tonight for my half yearly check up, they have told me I have gained a stone in 6 months!! Where I dont know, clothes arent tight nor to I feel it!

I am horrified to say the least!! So back to all my habits now!! Need to find that mind set again!

Cant Get that Mind Set again…. :-(

hope you are doing alot better then me! was out of work for 7 weeks and got back in to work just over a week ago! Back to the gym today, but finding it so hard to get back in the right frame of mind to loose weight again….I haven’t gained any weight which is good I know but I want that feeling back when you wake up and you got the drive to loose weight and your really good and work hard in the gym!!! Can anyone help? Think I need a buddy for sure!!!! X

White Bread and Diet Fizzy Drinks

Can white bread and diet fizzy drinks have and effect on weight loss?  I keep reading all kinds of things on the net and people to tell me to try and avoid them.

 Reason I am asking is I was hoping for a good loss this week, as my Gym instructor had me on the scales in the gym last night, and said your going for 4 pound girl well done! But my real weigh in is this morning! Where i have only lost 2! :(

I did have a 6″ healthly sandwich from Subway last night at 6pm on white bread and with a small fizzy drink.

Could this have an effect?

Should I have ran??

Gym session tonight….was on the treadmill walking for 4 mins! Picked up confidence and started running at 5mph. Did that for 6 mins. Once I stopped I felt like i was going to pass out and I had to sit down quickly! I had to run to the loo and I was violently sick!!!
Have I pushed myself to much? Should I of ran that long?

Can any one help me?

I really need some help getting back on track with things!!
This morning I woke up and had 5 biscuits!!!! 5!!!!!
Dinner had jacket potatoe and beans with tin of coca cola and crisps
tea I’ve had a Chinese with a small choc bar

perhaps I’m feeling naff because my “lady” week is due tomorrow and I feel slugish and bloated….
In 4 weeks I’ve gained 4 pound!!!

Prob gained more now!!! Really bad weather here and the gym is closed :-(

any one feel like this 2???

I cant do it no more!!

I cant get my head back in it!! I have been having troubles with IBS and now my “lady week” is due at the weekend….weight in today a result of 4 pound gain!!!! Last time i weighed in was 3 weeks ago! I am totally gutted!!

 What do you do when you cant get your mind set? I have come sooo far, and want to continue with it not ruin it!!!

 HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fast Weight Loss….

Anyone managed to loose weight quickly?? What diets you followed?how you do it?
I know it’s not wise to loose weight quick nut I feel so fat and vile!!!!

Shape matters….

For months I have been working so hard at the gym and spinning! I have gone really small at the top - 12-14 and my bottom half is 18!! I have so much flab on my bum, hips and thighs!!! After reading up on it, apparently it is to do with my shape. I am classed as a spoon shape, and I have to avoid certain exercises and do more of others! For me I need to avoid everything at the gym and spinning is a no no!! I can only do fast walking and jogging!!! How boring is that???

I really dont want to stop the gym or spinning, I am not bothered about been wider at the bottom, i just want to burn the flab thats there! Can anyone advise me on whats best?

Had a big tea well after 9pm last night. Now I weigh 2 pound heavier this morning!! Will that be the reason why??

I’m Back!!!

Hiya Guys

 Sorry I havent been on here for such a long time!! Been mad busy with a hetic life style, exams etc. I have completed my exams today! So i am saying good bye to the chocolate and saying hello to lots of exercise!!

 I really really want to burn flab off my bottom, hips and belly!! Has anyone got any tips? Want as much gone for xmas as possible!!
